IDEAS TO PREPARE DELICIOUS OATMEAL

1. OATMEAL WITH FRUIT

Ingredients:

1 cup oatmeal
0.5 cups of apple juice
2 tablespoons raisins or chopped dates
bit of cinnamon
1.5 cups of hot water
half a cup of chopped bananas, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or other fruit

Preparation:

In a bowl put the oatmeal, apple juice (if you have a juice maker, let it be freshly squeezed juice), raisins or dates and cinnamon.
Add hot water and stir.
After five minutes the dish is ready to be consumed.

 

2. OATMEAL WITH EGGS

Ingredients:

2 whole eggs

1 egg white

2 handfuls of oat flakes

4 tablespoons low fat cheese

pinch of salt

little pepper

Choped red and green peppers

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients and place in a pan and fry ..
